Vintage fixed-blade hunting / bird-and-trout style knife with a distinctive amber-brown two-piece handle, exposed full tang, metal guard and hooked metal pommel. The knife measures approximately 7¾–8 inches overall with a blade of about 4 inches.
The handle has pinned synthetic scales with attractive aged amber and darker brown coloration. It is paired with an older brown leather sheath featuring embossed floral tooling, stitched construction and metal snap closure. The sheath has plenty of character and gives the knife a strong traditional outdoorsman / sporting look.
The knife is unmarked, and no maker or model is being attributed. The blade and metal fittings show substantial age and use, including oxidation, staining, scratches and noticeable abrasive cleaning marks from a previous owner. The ricasso area on both sides appears to have been heavily cleaned, so any original maker stamp may have been worn away. Handle scales show normal age-related wear, and the leather sheath has scuffing, darkening, edge wear and general handling wear consistent with an older piece.
